Delivery Information:
You’ve seen something you like (yay!) so these are your options for receiving your goodies.
Click & Collect:
- Free on all orders
- You will receive an email confirming when your items are picked and ready to collect.
- Orders can be collected during normal shop opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:00pm) from:

Standard delivery:
- Free on all orders over £60 (UK only)
- £3.95 on orders under £60 (UK only)
- Standard Delivery orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked 48’ service but we may use another service/courier at our sole discretion if the ‘Tracked 48’ service is not available/suitable for certain items/packages.
Express delivery:
- £6.95 for all order values (UK only)
- Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday will, wherever possible, be shipped on the day the order is received.
- Express Delivery orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked 24’ service but we may use another service/courier at our sole discretion if the ‘Tracked 24’ service is not available/suitable for certain items/packages.
Refunds/Returns
We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 14 days for a refund, unless it is a personalised special order, earrings or a sale item. For hygiene reasons, earrings and face coverings may only be returned if they are faulty.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Spencer Thorn. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
