Please note that Royal Mail’s last recommended posting dates for both 1st and 2nd Class post have now passed, so we are unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of any orders at this point, based on information provided by Royal Mail.

Non-Christmas Delivery Information:

You’ve seen something you like (yay!) so these are your options for receiving your goodies.

Click & Collect:

– Free on all orders
– You will receive an email confirming when your items are picked and ready to collect.
– Orders can be collected during normal shop opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm)

Standard delivery:

– Free on all orders over £50 (UK only)
– £3.95 on orders under £50 (UK only)
– Please note this is a standard parcel service, not a tracked or timed service

Express delivery:

– £6.95 First Class service
– Available on orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday, to mainland UK addresses only

Refunds/Returns

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 14 days for a refund, unless it is a personalised special order, earrings or a sale item. For hygiene reasons, earrings and face coverings may only be returned if they are faulty.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Spencer Thorn. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us.
